There are no TheQuickSport games in Rheine yet. If you want to play volleyball, football, padel or basketball in Rheine and you're short of people, start with a starter game. With your account it takes a few minutes, it goes live straight away, and up to 24 players can sign up. Send the link by WhatsApp, to colleagues, or to your old team.
Most indoor games need a fixed slot in a hall. In Rheine those slots are decided by the town's Sportservice. Under its rules for sports facilities, schools and Rheine clubs come first and other groups after them. Applications go to the Sportservice in writing or online, use is normally charged, and a group needs at least eight active players on average. A starter game is a quick way to find out whether you can get that many together.
Once your game runs regularly and has to cover the hall hire, move it to the organiser platform. You pay no commission on the game fee, players pay upfront online, and waiting lists, reminders and payouts are handled for you. You can apply at join.thequicksport.com.
Until then, the nearest games are in Enschede, about 38 km away, mostly volleyball at the University of Twente and in the city's sports halls. From Rheine, the RB 61 runs hourly to Hengelo in a little over half an hour. From Hengelo it is only a few minutes by train to Enschede Kennispark, the closest station to the University of Twente campus.
